m-l-xs\"><\/i><\/a><\/h4><p>Paid Parental Leave is separate from temporary disability leave due to pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery therefrom that is available only to birth without pay<i class=\"fa fa-angle-right m-l-xs\"><\/i><\/a><\/h4><p>The information on this page applies to leave without pay that is discretionary and not an entitlement such as a leave associated m-l-xs\"><\/i><\/a><\/h4><p>University employees who are in the uniformed services, and their spouses, are entitled to employment protections under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment
