Background<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This recap details the fifteenth session for the negotiation for the collective bargaining agreement between the UW and UAW ASEs. Recaps are published online on the UW Labor Relations website.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Employer filed for contract mediation with Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC).<\/p>\n

UW package proposal:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Employer reasserted their comprehensive package proposal from 4\/30 that covers all of the outstanding articles and MOUs.<\/p>\n

Status Update<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Employer and the Union have reached agreement on 33 out of 37 articles. A summary of all outstanding articles and MOUs can be found below.<\/p>\n
